PHDCCI deliberates upon business prospects in Western U.P.

Lucknow:The Uttar Pradesh Chapter, PHDCCI organised an Industry Members’ Meet followed by an interactive session with  Sanjay Singh Gangwar,  State Minister for Sugarcane Development and Sugar Mills, Uttar Pradesh. The event took place  at Hotel Clarks Awadh, Lucknow.

The primary objective of this gathering was to enhance internal cohesion among PHDCCI’s Industry Members and to explore business opportunities in Western Uttar Pradesh, with a specific focus on Pilibhit. Known for its abundant resources and dynamic industrial landscape, Pilibhit presents itself as a compelling investment destination for growth in various industry sectors.

Sanjay Singh Gangwar,  State Minister for Sugarcane Development and Sugar Mills, Uttar Pradesh graced the session as the chief guest, emphasizing the state government’s commitment to fostering economic development and investment in Uttar Pradesh’s thriving industrial sector.

The interactive forum saw active participation from over 50 distinguished guests, including notable figures such as  Rajesh Nigam, Co-Chair of the UP Chapter at PHDCCI and President-Technical at KARAM Safety Pvt. Ltd.;  Rajnish Chopra, Senior member PHDCCI & Chairman- Safety Controls & Devices Pvt. Ltd.;  Kavita Nigam, Chair of WIBA, State’s Women Subcommittee at UP Chapter PHDCCI and CHRO at KARAM Safety Pvt. Ltd.;  Shikha Sinha, Co-Chair of WIBA, State’s Women Subcommittee at UP Chapter PHDCCI and Managing Director at Saviour Envirotech;  Syed Farman Imam, AGM-SIDBI;  Milind Raj, Scientist and CMD of Roboz Tech, distinguished Technology Researcher, Developer in Robotics and A.I., and Mission Commander for “Robotics for the Good,” also recognized as the Drone Man of India by the late 11th President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam; and Atul Srivastava, Regional Director of UP Chapter at PHDCCI.

The event was further graced by numerous other eminent personalities from the state, reflecting a diverse and influential gathering focused on significant discussions and collaborations.

Rajesh Nigam, Co-Chair of the UP Chapter, PHDCCI & President-Technical, KARAM Safety Pvt. Ltd., and  Rajnish Chopra, Senior Member of PHDCCI & Chairman-Safety Controls & Devices Pvt. Ltd., delivered the opening remarks at the event, highlighting PHDCCI’s pivotal role and steadfast commitment to promoting Indian industry and trade.

They warmly welcomed  Sanjay Singh Gangwar,  State Minister for Sugarcane Development and Sugar Mills, Uttar Pradesh, along with other distinguished guests.

Sanjay Singh Gangwar,  State Minister for Sugarcane Development and Sugar Mills, Uttar Pradesh, during his interactive session highlighted  Chief Minister of UP  Yogi Adityanath’s vision of achieving a 1 trillion economy and enhancing ease of doing business in Uttar Pradesh,

He emphasized the state’s robust potential across various sectors including hospitality, pharma, and others. During the interactive session, he engaged with PHDCCI members, discussing strategic opportunities for investment and growth in the state.

He commended PHDCCI’s initiatives aimed at fostering economic development and encouraged continued collaboration between industry and government sectors. The session included a fruitful Q&A session, where members had the opportunity to delve deeper into the policies and initiatives driving Uttar Pradesh’s economic landscape.

Milind Raj, Scientist and CMD of Roboz Tech. Renowned for his expertise in Robotics, A.I., and digital technologies, also known as the Drone Man of India, in his address delved into the intricacies of digital marketing strategies essential for modern businesses. His session provided practical insights and interactive discussions aimed at equipping attendees with the knowledge to effectively harness digital platforms to maximize business growth opportunities.

Syed Farman Imam, AGM-SIDBI, engaged in an informative session with members of PHDCCI and focused on discussing credit facilities and funding schemes tailored for MSMEs. He also elaborated on SIDBI’s initiatives aimed at streamlining access to finance and enhancing the ease of doing business for entrepreneurs. The interactive discussion provided PHDCCI members with valuable insights and strategies to leverage these opportunities effectively in their business endeavors.

The industry members were very delighted to attend the forum and assured full cooperation in the further course of activities. The session concluded with a Networking High Tea with a vote of thanks by  Atul Srivastava, Regional Director, UP Chapter, PHDCCI. The interactive session was well attended by more than 50 distinguished guests from several walks of the Industry.
